If you want to buy something, you click “My Account” on the top-right on the webpage.

After this you come to a page where you can make an account with which you can order something. You will be asked for your address and phone number, so we can send you your order and maybe call you regarding the order.

When you are a new customer, you click the “Continue” button at “I am a new customer”. After clicking this button you end up on the screen shown in the image below. Here you enter your address and phonenumber. You can choose with a checkbox whether or not you want to receive our newsletter. You also enter a password with which you can log into the site to look at the status of your order. When you have filled in all the fields you press the button “Continue”.

When you have clicked “Continue” in the screen above, you will see the screen as shown below. You now have an account at Buitenboord.com. Please click “Continue”.

Now you come to the first screen that you will always see when you are logged in. So this means you are now logged in to the site.

When you are logged in, you can buy something. In this example you are going to buy a sparkplug.

When you click on the desired product, you come in the product-screen.

When you are in the product screen, you can press the button “Add to cart”. This will put the sparkplug in to your shoppingcart. To see which items you have in your shopping cart, press the encircled button. In this screen you can also remove products from your shoppingcart.

When you are ready to check out, press the button “Checkout”

U komt dan in het scherm “Verzend Informatie”. Hier kiest u uw verzendwijze en kunt u commentaar toevoegen over de verzendwijze. Als u een verzendwijze heeft gekozen, klikt u op de knop “Volgende”. Helemaal onderaan de pagina ziet u een knop waaraan u kunt zien in welke fase van het bestel proces u zit.

Het volgende scherm is de Betaalwijze. Hier kunt u kiezen om Vooruit te betalen, het onder Rembours te versturen of via Paypal. U kunt hier ook weer commentaar toevoegen. Klik weer op de knop Volgende.

Nu komt het spannende gedeelte: laat u de bestelling doorgaan, of haakt u af? U komt nu in het Bevestigingsscherm. Controleer uw bestelling en klik op Bevestigen.

Als u in het bovenstaande scherm op Bevestigen heeft geklikt, heeft u de bestelling gedaan en is de koop gesloten. U krijgt het onderstaande scherm, en ontvangt automatisch een email met alle gegevens.
